Advising on editorial matters, David Lancaster has built an enviable reputation in the food media sector and assists Chris Barber in Leiths Food Solutions, a consultancy to the food and restaurant industry.
Chris Barber’s professional cooking experience is wide: for eleven years personal chef to HRH The Prince of Wales, Chris has also run award winning pubs and restaurants and has contributed to magazines such as Country Life, Olive and Delicious.
Finally, as former managing director of Leiths School of Food and Wine and co-author of several of the prestigious Leiths publications, Jenny Stringer brings years of experience to the recipe development and testing team of iCookatHome.
